Includes Sierra DigiTally Software related issues, functions related to Sierra DigiTally Operations. Software Updates. Data Transfer issues from the mobile device are covered. Excludes mobile software issues, which is covered by a separate plan. Maintenance support is granted per software instance.
Excludes systems software, issues caused by operating system or configurations, underlying hardware, network, or software failure, 3rd party software and equipment. Excludes Mobile device hardware related problems, equipment failure, and user-installed software.
Issues are handled via remote Connections, E-mail, and/or Phone support.
